CHILDREN NOT COOPERATING
We don’t expect your kids to behave. They won’t, and that is 100% totally okay with us. Taking candid photographs of children is the key to making their experience fun and enjoyable. Making the photo shoot seem like an adventure is one of our favorite things to do. With us it’s not about sitting still for photos, it’s about exploring together with your family.

RAIN IS OUR FRIEND
Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather. The good parts: there will be fewer people around and your photos will look much more romantic. If the weather is bad, then we will try to find covered locations or try to reschedule together with you.
YOU BEING LATE
In London, the city traffic can influence the late starting time. To expect, please allow enough time to arrive at the meeting spot with your photographer. In case you are late, we will not extend the photo shoot to recover the time lost because of late arrival.
In any case, we would appreciate a text message or a phone call to your London family photographer to let them know you’re late.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The way our booking process works is that once we’ve signed a contract, you have reserved a specific date and time for the photo shoot. This means we’ll book that time for you.
If you need to cancel your booking, with no option to reschedule, please let us know up to 7 days prior to the shoot and you can get a full refund of your retainer.
GETTING AROUND IN LONDON
London is walkable and some photo shoot locations are close to each other. However, for most of the main locations, it’s better to use UBER or TAXI. Renting a car is not a good idea, as you’ll spend a lot of time finding a free parking spot.
What is the best time of day for our photo shoot?
As the city is one of the most visited places in the world where the streets can get sometimes very crowded, besides having the best light of the day, early mornings are the ideal times of day for a family photo shoot.
BOOKING A CAR WITH A DRIVER
Renting a car for a multi-hour photo session in London is a good idea. You can keep your outfits in the car and change there. Just let us know if you’d like to have a car and we can put you in contact with our professional drivers in London.
